Statement of Philosophy:
- To provide health care service in a fiscally responsible manner, which contributes to the physical, psychological, social and spiritual well-being of the patients and community we serve.
- To relentlessly pursue unparalleled quality, value to patient, customer and staff satisfaction.
- To continuously rethink, reshape and refine solutions to health care challenges.
Primary Care:
We ask our patients to select one provider to be their “primary care provider”. This is the provider that takes responsibility for your routine care, i.e. physical examinations and chronic health conditions. In an acute situation (emergency or illness requiring prompt care) your primary care physician may not be available. We request your understanding in these circumstances. Additionally if you are admitted the hospital, or need attention after-hours, you will be called or seen by the on-call physician. You also have the right to change providers within the practice.

Appointments:
We require that our patients make appointments in advance for routine care. We keep appointments available each day for ill/acute visits. We make every attempt to book appointment time appropriately to assist our providers with staying on time. There are times when circumstances beyond our control put a provider behind schedule. We appreciate your understanding of these circumstances. If your provider is behind schedule and you feel you can not wait, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. Please make a staff member aware of your request to reschedule.
Because we have multiple providers seeing patients on any given day it may seem like other patients are being taken ahead of you. This is not the case. Patients are seen in the order of their appointments as long as they have arrived on time for their appointment and their condition allows. In a patient emergency we will see patients out of appointment order.
We do not double book appointments. The appointment you are given is time reserved for you alone. If you are unable to keep your appointment we request 24-hour advance notice. We charge a missed appointment fee for failure to call 24 hours in advance if unable to keep your appointment.
